please note the below estimated delivery times. these come into affect after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Processing

  • orders are processed every monday, wednesday and friday. and will usually be shipped out within 1-4 days of placing your order.

  • orders placed before 3pm will deliver on the current or next delivery day.

  • if anything needs changing on your order please contact me as soon as possible to get this changed for you. however, if your order has already dispatched sadly you won't be able to change any shipping/order details and there will be no possibility of a refund or reship due to this. please double check your address and details thoroughly before checkout.


please note, shipping suppliers sometimes have issues outside of my control such as strikes and busy holiday periods. please contact the shipping supplier (royal mail) with any issues relating to tracking numbers or lost deliveries. if at any time you need help with any shipping issue please get in contact with me using the contact form and i will do my best to help you  ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ


special order requests!:


  • leave a note at the checkout if you would like your order individually filmed and posted to instagram as a reel or to tiktok. most orders are packaged together within my weekly youtube vlogs.
  • if you would like your order gift wrapped, please leave a note at the checkout.
  • you may also include a gift note in your order at the checkout. please specify this by writing 'GIFT NOTE:' prior to the message you'd like to have written.


 

IMPORTANT: i do not process tax, VAT, import tax or customs fees.

packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees, these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.

please check with your local governing body/customs department to understand what fees you may have to pay upon delivery to customs. customers are responsible for any applicable fees.
